And with a sigh, summer came… Oh, how time flies!

This week marks 6 months since we embarked on this special project. A project made especially and with love for girls and women of all ages. A fun and visual way of learning about fashion and helping each other to overcome complex, supporting each other and give the best of ourselves.

A project with big surprises in the future that you will love, and that personally excite me.

Nearly fifteen years have passed since I started my journey in the fashion world and despite the disagreements, the tears, the amount of effort, the work and the health problems… not all of it has been bad. I have had and have the great fortune of working fully on it, of meeting amazing people and learning a little more each day, of having traveled a lot and continuing to do so while working in what I am passionate about.

That’s why I want to share my happiness with you since in a little time you will be able to enjoy something very big.

Today I come to talk you about the shirt dress trend. It is something that is trending right now and that I, particularly, love.

Season after season, shirt dresses have become one of the essential garments of the spring/summer. And they are garments so comfortable and versatile that can be worn both day and night.

Thanks to the wide variety of designs that can be found in the 2017 season, we can use them almost any time of the day, like this proposal that I bring you from Zara.

Why not benefit from garments that give us life?

There is nothing better to surrounding yourself with warm colors that bring good energy and positivity to the more gray moments.

Some time ago, when finding clothes in large sizes was a nightmare for many, the few options of clothing we had depressed even in summer. The few shops that were around forced us to dress like old ladies, we had to give up style and especially color.

Therefore, now that we can and that we have so many choices… lets take advantage of every shred and lets be ourselves, dressing like we have always wanted.
Shirt dresses are so versatile that we can combine them in a thousand different ways, without falling into monotony. As the day it was cool and cloudy, I opted for thick tights from CALZEDONIA (the 100 ones), my dearest and most used ‘ankle boots’ from Sam Edelman and of course, the dress shirt from ZARA WOMAN (new), available up to the XXL size (46-48EU), causing furor among XS and curvy women because of its peach-like feeling and its freshness.

It is a very simple look, but you can combine it with some wedge sandals, sneakers, with or without tights (solid or with designs), with a jacket or a blazer… An infinite number of options that you can dress to your taste.
