Healthy juices
Although you can drink these juices any time of the year, with all the big meals and dinners, we always end up feeling awful. Heartburn, heaviness, swelling, nausea (…) we are not used to meals like those and our stomach feels the consequences.
And let’s not forget the extra kilos that go directly to our ass. For all of this, I am going to talk about my favorite juices; they are very tasty and also healthy.
They will help us detoxify our body and to clean us from the inside. Apart from that they will provide us with vitamins and many nutrients.
I have prepared three great recipes.

White Pineapple
This recipe needs:
– Pineapple
– Orange
– Fresh Basil
– Piece of chard
– One teaspoon of Ginger
(Is recommended to take it on an empty stomach)
Little Orange
This recipe needs:
– Pineapple
– Carrot
– Green Apple
– Piece of celery
– Lemon juice
( It’s great to improve our digestive and is ideal to take after breakfast)
Greenpeace
This juice requires:
– Cucumber
– Green apple
– Kiwi
– Pineapple
– Piece of chard
– Fresh Spinach
– Lemon juice
– A teaspoon of honey
(This is without a doubt my favorite juice, i love it, and it gives you a lot of energy, In addition, It has a lot of fiber and helps digestion)
